CalmTouch collects and stores the following data locally on your device only: mood check-ins and notes, journal entries, session history and preferences, user settings and goals, and cognitive offload entries. All of this data remains on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or share any of this information with CalmTouch servers, third parties, or any external services.
The data collected is used solely to track your progress and streaks, provide personalized session recommendations, store your journal and mood history for your reference, and remember your preferences and settings. All processing happens entirely on your device.
All user data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted format. We do not use cloud storage or remote servers to store your personal data. Your data never leaves your device. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.
We do not share your data with third parties, use analytics or tracking services, collect or transmit usage statistics, or link your data to any external user identity.
Subscriptions: CalmTouch uses Apple's StoreKit for subscription management. Apple handles all payment and subscription data according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information.
Speech Recognition: If you use the voice dictation feature for cognitive offload, Apple's on-device speech recognition is used. Audio is processed locally and is not stored or transmitted.
Data Collected: Health & Fitness (mood tracking), User Content (journal entries).

Since all data remains on your device, your data is protected by your device's security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We cannot access your data remotely. Data is not vulnerable to server breaches or unauthorized access.
CalmTouch does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. All data remains on-device regardless of user age.
You have complete control over your data. All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete the app at any time to permanently remove all data. No data recovery is possible once the app is deleted.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
